The Monarch is an open cockpit sailplane that tows with hang glider equipment. It is well matched for scooter towing or air towing behind trike or Dragonfly. It thermals well at speeds hang glider pilots are used to and has similar turn radius in thermals. The control system uses standard stick and rudder 3-axis control. Effective spoilers allow for landing in tight spaces.
The Monarch is available as a kit or complete aircraft. Kit comes complete with all materials to build air frame.Covering materials not included. Hardware is supplied.

Monarch G ribs are available ready to install. The ribs are made form fiberglass and carbon caps. These ribs are slightly lighter than wood cap strip ribs (3/4 lb) and about same strength.
There are several ideas on different power options for Monarch
Mounting smaller motors on struts in pods would require very little modification to air frame.
